Access to InsureReg Insights is subject to approval.

Subscription requests are reviewed manually. Submitting a form or ticking an updates checkbox does not automatically approve access to InsureReg Insights, webinar invitations or any advisory engagement.

Approved subscriber records may be managed internally and distribution may be carried out using Mailchimp or a similar email distribution provider.

Subscribers can unsubscribe or change preferences using the options provided in relevant communications or by contacting InsureReg.

When you apply to receive InsureReg communications, InsureReg collects your name, business email address, organisation, the communications you selected and any optional reason you provide for applying. Where you arrive from a particular page or article, InsureReg may also record that page reference so it can understand which content prompted the application.

You can apply for either or both of the following: InsureReg Insights, the quarterly regulatory briefing issued once a quarter; and regulatory updates, which are shorter notes and briefing posts issued roughly twice a month and occasionally more frequently. Your selection is recorded with the exact consent wording shown to you at the time.

InsureReg uses this information to review your application. If your application is approved, your name, email address and organisation may be transferred to MailerLite, InsureReg's email distribution provider, so that MailerLite can send you the communications you selected, together with webinar invitations where relevant.

Once you are added to MailerLite, MailerLite manages your communication preferences and unsubscribes. You can change your preferences or unsubscribe at any time using the links included in each email.

InsureReg retains an appropriate record of your application, the decision taken and the consent you provided.

Personal data may be processed using service providers that support website hosting, form handling, email, internal records, subscriber management, email distribution and security.

These may include Microsoft tools for internal records and Mailchimp or MailerLite for approved email distribution, together with relevant website hosting and form-service providers.

The website loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google sees the requesting IP address as part of serving these fonts. No cookies are set for this purpose. See the Cookies & Tracking page for details.

Some service providers may process personal data outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards should be used where required.

Personal data is retained for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Enquiry information may be retained for a reasonable period to manage business communications, records and follow-up.

Approved subscriber records may be retained while the subscription remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards to manage suppression, unsubscribe and record-keeping requirements.
